  • All products are shipped UPS Ground directly from our warehouse locations in both the United States and Canada.


  • Products can be shipped quicker if specified, by calling our Customer Service toll free number 1 (866) 676-8062.


  • Customers are responsible for additional charges.


  • Items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase date.


  • UPS delivers packages sent Ground within 7 business days. Please allow at least 10 business days to receive your packages.


  • Parcels are shipped "No Signature Required". If you are not home at the time of delivery, parcels will be left at the entrance.


  • Tracking numbers are emailed when package(s) leave our warehouse locations so you can track your order prior to delivery.
